At The More Personal we work closely with our clients to help bring their vision to life. We love seeing our customers happy and most of all making their event a special one! We offer the option of both purchase and hire on most items (except mirrors).

We require at least 2 months’ notice before an event requiring several items, however, can provide smaller orders or 1 event sign with as little as 3 weeks’ notice! Please contact us as soon as possible if you are unsure.

Our pickup location for signage being hired is Box Hill NSW 2765. Address will be provided closer to pick up date.

Designs

We can provide design options or work off your dream design inspiration. We'll send you a design preview for your approval before making anything. You can make two changes for free. But once you've given the green light and we've started printing or cutting, we can't make any more last-minute tweaks.

Signage
All signage requires a 50% deposit at time of order, remaining sum is to be paid at least 2 weeks (14 days) prior to day needed by venue (this allows for changes in table numbers/guests), at this time all tables with guest names in order of appearance on the chart must be provided. Any design changes after this time will incur a 20% surcharge, no changes can be made 5 days prior to day needed.

Payments required

  • For events/weddings purchasing multiple items (place cards, signage etc) you will be given a quote where 50% of total items will need to be paid for at time of order.
  • Full payment is required for any events within 3 weeks (15 days) of enquiry date, or orders under $200.

This deposit must be made ASAP as items will not be secured or ordered for that date until payment has been made.
