I have seen something I love and want a custom order, can you make it?
We LOVE custom orders, please contact us and we will aim to make your visions a reality.


What are the pick-up/delivery options?
We have a number of shipping options you can choose from! We highly recommend express shipping! We will email you once your order is on the way!
You can also pick up your order from our location in Box Hill NSW, 2765. Hire Items are pick up only.
Shipping is Charged Per Gift Box
Shipping Costs may be higher for large quantity orders e.g. 4 Glasses or more

 

How long will it take to get my item? (Shipping and Delivery)
We always recommend pick up or express shipping if you need your product by a certain date. As most of our products are customised, we aim to have all orders ready within two weeks. If you need your order ASAP, please contact us or ‘add a note to the seller’ when placing your order and we will do the best to achieve your request and will be in touch if there are any issues.

Australia post delivery times are as follows:
Regular Post: 3-11 Business days
Express Post: 1-4 Business days
However, Australia Post is often experiencing delays. If a parcel gets lost or is missing during transportation, this needs to be taken up with Australia Post or the Courier which we can provide details for, however once we ship, it is no longer our responsibility.


What do I do if there is an issue with my order or if it hasn’t arrived?
Please reach out to us via our contact page or DM us on Instagram, we will work with you to get the issue sorted as soon as possible.
 
Will my order look exactly like the picture?
Every order is personally made and will be as close to the displayed items as possible, however some colours and font/ font sizes may vary depending on the vinyl and the size of the word you are requesting!
Succulents can vary in size, shape & pot depending on supplier stock
 
I added alcohol to my order, what now?
If you Order an item which includes alcoholic beverages we will be emailing to confirm your age! 18+ is the legal requirement (you know that!)

Remember to check your junk emails if you have not heard from us in 5 days!
Can I put my personalised glassware in the dishwasher?
All Vinyl options are HANDWASH only. Etched items can be cleaned in the dishwasher, please make sure it is place on the delicate glass rack.

Will I be able to remove the vinyl?
Vinyl decals can usually be removed if you chose to do so by picking at the edges until it lifts (unless it is heat applied). If you do remove the label, you won’t be able to reapply it.

My item is broken on arrival, or the personalisation is spelt wrong can I get a replacement or refund? (Returns and Refunds)

If there is a problem with your order please advise us via email (themorepersonal@outlook.com) or direct messenger within 7 days of receiving the items, including photographs of the problem so that we can discuss options with you. Once we have assessed the problem and verified your claim, we will promptly arrange a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with the law. Please allow 1 week for your replacement to be dispatched.

As a lot of our items are personalised, we cannot offer refunds on the basis of change of mind.
